Today's Smoke 2026

The last two days I've had issues with tight draw uneven burn and burning hot w wrappers popping. I won't name names since this a storage issue prob but this is the only one to smoke half way decent out of 4 sticks. Note the perfecdraw in the background. Going to check the govee's and see what's up. I'm a 65 guy and put a tray in the humi w water and a synthetic sponge about a week or two ago when it was dipping a little low on the hygrometer. Beads are about 30% clear. Its been an aggravating weekend. I may cut losses and go back to heartfelt if he has the same product as before.

It’s been a good Mother’s Day. Church and lunch with my wife (boys’ mom), hospital to see my mom and then two hours with Your Mom.

Your Mom So Fat (6x60) by “Morningwood Cigar Co” (Pages)
I didn’t have high expectations for Your Mom but she put in the work and made it a very enjoyable couple hours. Our time began with cedar, coca (okay cocoa) powder and pepper. This quickly transitioned to-what else-leather coupled with earth, chocolate and baking spices. Your Mom is creamy and meaty with notes of black cherry and aged leather. (A sentence I never expected to write.). The party is interrupted toward the middle as spice gives way to a mineraliness but I have this effect sometimes. Nonetheless she rallied with a second wind that brought a return of pepper and a melding of flavors that made for a very enjoyable second half. Your mom is a spicy, cheap, well-constructed pleasant surprise!!

Sorry, but with a name like this I couldn’t help but have a little fun. Not looking forward to my Father’s Day My Father review (don’t Judge!)

Based on the cigars you've posted about enjoying, I thought you would like that one. I was pretty excited to see when you picked some up. Glad you enjoyed it.
