Definite Pi5ot ( pronounced pivot) cause the boss likes baseball. Very solid smoke, San Andre's wrapper with Nic. And Dom inside. Very much medium but is a good way. Unfortunately the price point is $15, so while it's on the food list, it will be awhile before another casual buy. The garter on this is a great color. ( if you know what a garter is ).

I've had many padron 4000 Maduro, but realized I hadn't ever tried the thousand series natural. Considering how much I like the padron 90th natural and the 1926 natural, thought this would be a good try. Really liking it so far. Maybe more than the Maduro.

EP Carrillo New Wave Connecticut
This was so bitter for the first inch and a half I gave up. Brief moments of cedar, caramel and baking spices but mostly burnt bitterness.

Went back for something with a lighter wrapper that I know I like. Previously reviewed which is good because I’m fried after a long work day, couple family members in the hospital and some friends going through some hell.

‘98 Partagas Charlottes 5 5/8 X 35 Carlotas - Sourdough Rye, Spearmint, Buttered Popcorn. My love affair with these perfect little sticks goes back more than 20 years. I don’t know how many boxes I bought when they were disco’d but it’s in the dozens. One Hour in Heaven.

Gilberto Oliva Reserve. Smoked this morning on vacation in the northwoods with my coffee. Really tight draw on this, almost to much. It did open up a bit for the last third. I don't have a perfect draw tool so I'm going to try dry boxing one (as best I can up here) to see if it helps.

Dryboxed a second one in a cigar box I used for my cutters and lighters for a few days. This one is smoking much better. Probably the last of this one for the trip, I have a few others picked out for the next two nites. The others I'll try again back home.
