So I learned the hard way that one 50-ish count humidor isn't enough! LoL Though I can probably find another 100 count humidor on eBay cheap enough I think a tuperdor version is probably cheaper and faster and more flexible. Which leads to some questions.
I still look at sampler packs and one offs (which I think my wood humidor is good for) but I have 2 or 3 ..., okay maybe 4 or 5, cigars that I'm starting to really enjoy and keeping just a few sticks on hand isn't enough so.....
If I wanted to keep 2 or 3 full 20 stick boxes at a time, plus maybe a 3 or 4 - 5 packs how big of a tuperdoe(dimensions) should I be looking at?
Are certain brands better?
Do you keep the boxes in the tuperdor or do you take the cigars out?
If you take the cigars out of the boxes are cedar trays necessary? What about adding cedar strips?
Would keeping the tuperdor in a 65ish degree basement be better than on the main level of the house? (Probably a good question for the other humidor too)
Are boveda packs enough or do I need something to supplement them?
This is turning out to be almost as expensive as my other hobbies.....
Thanks in advance for the help.
