And what does the tracking says?

Maybe the seller can do a inquiry ont the package with usps ? (I know that,s what they suggested when I tought I lost one)

I've been fighting for over a week, it got to CO, but never got to me. I don't want to be a dick or ask for something not rightfully mine. Just curious on peoples thoughts.

Well if you gave money/something in exchange then I'd say it's rightfully your no?

I guess where I'm caught here, is that if it was a large company, they would replace it with no questions asked. But seeing as though it wasn't directly his fault, do I have justifiable cause asking for compensation?

Oh boy difficult one there, depends on how much money is involved I'd say. Maybe a split cost ?

I always insure any item of value. Delivery confirmation does not prevent you from lost. If an item shows it was delivered and you never got it (delivery confirmation) your out. Moving forward, always insure against lost, not where the package is (delivery confirmation). You can also track your package with a number insure parcel.

I'll research. You asked a question and I answered, did you just want to ask the question, or did you have feedback?

50/50, like brothers. IMHO though, the seller technically did his part.

I don't want anybody screwed on this deal period, but I'd much rather me take the loss than the other party involved. I'm still fighting for the package, but I will not be sending anything of value or meaning through USPS.

This should have been in the forums.

It wasn't on this board, just a general question!

The credit card company should take care of it as well.
