As others have said, AVG Free is good. AdAware now has an active client as well. MalawareBytes is another good scanner as well for things to catch. Mysteria pretty much covers it, but I am also available for PM consultation should you wish.

In this day and age, it's so bloody easy to get your own domain with its own mailserver that you only need Cox, Commcast, TW, or whoever to actually connect to the internet. Also, I suggest Thunderbird over Outlook. ;)

We can't run any version of an install tool on DoD computers. No admin rights what so ever. Heck, the DoD has figured out ways to stop some executables from running, so setting up emulators won't work. And we aren't allowed to put thumbdrives in DoD computers either.
