Great review Justin. If I crave a Belgium I usually reach for a quad. I've had one of those to many quad nights before down in Tampa after a great meal at Bern's steakhouse. Let's just say The World of Beers bar made my meal not so great.

Man if you saw the way I wrapped my Xmas presents you would think twice:) :laugh: We haven't met up since we shared a good smoke and a couple rounds of founders BS's at monks. I am now at 18th and JFK Blvd.

I'm willing to help Mike out, but I don't want to invade his turf. Mike, I figured I could save you some bubble wrap :laugh: Looks like demand is through the roof this year, but it doesn't surprise me because this is one great beer.

Thanks for the review Justin. I am with you 100% on the balanced IPA's. I never would drink IPA's in general because all the ones I tried were terrible, but then I started searching for the good ones. I never looked back after trying them. This is one great beer.

That is one beer on my to try list.

The yeast will lie dormant with cool temperatures, which will prevent the beer from developing in a good way, but that depends on whether or not it is bottle conditioned. However, you can still age beer that sat in a cold warehouse as long as you don't shock the yeast with the opposite...
