The smoking Nazi's are claiming that smoke travels into neighbors spaces. I think one city in the USA has banned smoking in apartments because of this. I'm sure that trend will catch on and then spread to retail spaces.

If your talking about Vista no way, it sucks. Four year old hardware will probably run better on a fresh load of XP than a new system running Vista. Vista is horrible, Microsoft should be ashamed. Definitely reload the os. Watch your background process and kill any services you are not...

I think you have to have the meter pulled before you start. That's what cuts the power to the house. You may need to contact the electric co first so that they know what you are doing and don't think you are tampering with the equipment. Keith
