Sweet! The project aspect alone has to be exciting! Keep us posted on progress. The strap on top is a nice touch- makes it just mobile enough to travel with to a herf.

I am fond of the Newsboy style caps- scottish wool plaid and the solid ones made by Kangol. They look good and do not heat up the old noggin like a ball cap :thumbs:

I am a big Stanwell fan and picked most of mine up for between $45-100. Good quality pipe at an affordable price. Being that you are new, I second the advice given above on also picking up a couple cobs.
