I was there for a full week (kauai) and there was not a single place you could smoke inside. I was told it was state law. I smoked a couple of times in the employee area (Grand Hyatt Kauai has many a ton of hot chicky employees) and never got scolded for smoking anywhere outside. Kauai + Outside...

Thats funny. usually knock off marketing photos make the fake look like a exact copy or better than the original but in that photo the piviot screw looks like it was put in with a tire iron and the blades were lapped on a bench grinder. I can only imagine what you will get.
