Okay, that makes sense. If the sweetness is from the hops I get it and might like that. My favorites are typically west coast IPAs that have a really clean and clear profile. I'm not a fan of those heavy east coast ipa's that are really malty/hazy. Not my thing. Glad you enjoyed it!
How did that end up tasting? I'm quite intrigued... I'd try it if I had the chance but I bet I wouldn't like it. I love IPAs but not so much the fruity or malty varieties.
It reminds of a cabinet style humidor that I had years ago. It wasn't the most well crafted piece of furniture I've seen but it looked nice. The problem was trying to control the humidity. Living in Florida, I finally gave up and sold it.
Thanks, much appreciated. At this point in the evening, I'm just doing damage control. One sip, one smoke at a time. Somehow this evening, I will find my bed.
Yeah, those cans are v e r y cool. My wife also buys things based on looks. I've had some god awful wine because she thought the label looked cute. Back to the VoodDoo... good brew although heavier than I prefer. I like the bitter without the weight.
Yeah, definitely. That's why keeping cigars in a cooler is a much better option than keeping it in a cheap cabinet humidor that isn't able to regulate the RH very well. I learned that many years ago. I can now afford a humidity/temperature controlled humi, but not back when I started my cigar...
