The Unico series is one of my favorites. There are no shops around me that carries these so I try to stock up when I'm in Cincinnati.

Well, not today, but I just got back from Scotland and had a few "real ales".  These have active yeast, are generally unfiltered, and are not pressurized.  Every one that I had was great.

Anyone else have issues with the wrappers on these being very fragile?  I tried one today and when I cut it, the top 1/4 of the wrapper fell off.  I had the same issue with his La Verite series.  Those are the only two I've ever had this problem when I cut them.
