Aug 18-20....hmmmmmm. The first Central Virginia Herf (sponsored by one of the local tobacconists) is slated to take place that weekend in Charlottesville (well, actually Crozet, but that doesn't count). This is a tough one. Honestly, I'd much rather come smoke cigars with you bunch of yahoos...

I arrive the night of the 14th and leave around noon on the 20th. Other than trying to fit in a couple of shows, I should be available to herf most evenings. I know of at least one other herf being organized on another board, but they don't have a venue as of yet.

Yep, Cigar Masters is the place on Boylston Street. Why don't we meet up at Churchills around 530-6 on the evening of the 30th? I might be able to sneak out on the 31st as well, but that will be more last minute. Check your PMs.

The two most "floral" Habanos that I have smoked are the Quai d'Orsay Corona Claro and the Hoyo de Monterrey Petite Robusto. Both are straight up medium bodied.

I thought his prices on the Montesinos seemed a little high to be "cost" as well. However, it might well be what he paid for them. Even if he has a Fuente account, does not mean that he bought the cigars from them. It is possible that he bought them from a distributor like HJ Bailey or Arango...
