Sorry to hear about that. I had an Edge lite maduro last month, straight out of the shop, and it was one of the best sticks i've smoked. If I ever get more cigar budget free, i'll probably try a box splitt later.

Punch in magnum size. First third was pretty tasteless, but the middle and end were quite nice. Spice, followed by coffee. Not really to my taste though.

Does Jelly Belly still make the nice glass jars with the tight plastic top? I thought you meant one of those at first, which IMO would be a better choice. Also, add some cedar strips to that thing. :thumbs:

Famous has Brazillia Gol!'s for $15 a fiver, those are a good smoke that won't break the bank. Also, their Famous Niuraguan 3000's are great. (just bought more of both of these :p ). Also, consider billboardtobacco's Fuente sampler, it's got the more popular fuentes in most blends at near box...

Depends on my mood. When having a bad day i'll usually get a cheapie, like a Famous Nic 3000 or an AF sungrown, and then I not only have a good cigar, but knowing that I didn't pay much helps cheer me up too. I try to save the higher end stuff for herfs, because those are a really good time...

I ordered with Firefox, seemed to work fine. I ordered this last year too, but somehow my cigars got wet before I could smoke them. In for one, about time I tried these. :thumbs:

I just noticed that JR has their october Trick or Treat special going again. Dug up some old threads, and it seems they put together a decent bundle of sticks and merchandise for $40. Seems like they pack mostly stuff I haven't smoked, so I jumped on one. I'll post back when it gets here with...

Started off worse than the Egg, which was my worst cigar experience ever before trying a Pirates Gold. After that, got tolerable. I smoked mine pretty fresh though. I won't be able to try one with some age, because I gave the rest of mine away after the first one.

Picked up a Boss this weekend, $15, oh well my fuente sungrown box can wait. How long should I let this rest before torching it?

Try the 'Lite' version, pretty damn good IMO.

Anyone else had burn problems with these? The three I had all had uneven burns. BUT I did smoke them all on my morning drive, so the windy car could have made the difference?
