Learned about it from AVB on another forum.

One of my favorite burbons. The sweet, rich flavor is reminiscent of pancakes and real maple syrup. Very full mouth feel. Usually burbons dont benefit from long age like scotches, but this one is almost perfect. :)

I know I went through a bottle of this in the past, but I don't recall it very well... I will have to re-try this one again

Again, nice review... I pretty much concur with your tasting notes on this scotch, but I found the finish on this to be somewhat short. I would have liked a longer lingering finish for a scotch in this price range

Great review, AVB This is one of my favorites and one of my go-to single malts. It was also one of the first single malts I ever tried and from there on, it's been all downhill ever since :)

RyJ Cedros Deluxe No 3... often overlooked and very enjoyable

Green spots on tobacco are genetic traits of Cuban origin tobacco, (Cuban or Cuban seed). Shouldnt effect the taste.

I usually smoke RyJ Cedros No 3, and there is writing on the cedar in the same fashion as your cigar, and the band is very simple, easy to replicate, but without seeing better pics, like the cap of the cigar and knowing the exact measurements of your cigar, it is very hard to tell if it is real...
