Yes, cream liqueurs do go bad. They all have a shelf life. If they're opened they go bad quicker, because of the contact with air, but even if they're not opened they'll eventually expire. Almost 1/2 of the Bailey's Irish Creme made was destroyed before sale because it went bad. Michael

Yes, it appears it's a blend made by Seagrams. Beyond that, I don't know. You might want to ask AVB about this one.
