If so, I have a few bottles of stuff I don't plan on ever drinking to pour down the sink...

Making room in the bar for good stuff wont bother me too much.

I'm curious too. I've been told yes but they don't have an expiry.

Damn, I hate that cream shit.

Yea, from the day you buy them!

I posted the pics you requested Wurm. Sorry my camera is'nt the best.

The will go bad but I don't think from the day you buy them. It seems that a year after opening is about the limit based on the bottles here. YMMV

Ok thanks guys, the opened bottles are hitting the sink and the unopened ones the fridge.

That gives me 4 bottle spaces to put good stuff in :)

I've had an open bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream in the fridge for close to a year now and was wondering the same thing.

I tried it recently, wasn't bad, but you could tell it wasn't fresh.

Yes, cream liqueurs do go bad. They all have a shelf life. If they're opened they go bad quicker, because of the contact with air, but even if they're not opened they'll eventually expire. Almost 1/2 of the Bailey's Irish Creme made was destroyed before sale because it went bad.
