I used to use the Maptech servers hosted by one site or another. Now Maptech apparently lets you use their server for free on their own site. Unfortunately, the ability to zoom in on eastern maps is pretty poor. For instance, to get a nautical chart of Iraq you'd enter: 33.345 lat and 44.423...
