    What beer did you drink today?

    lots of love here for the founders brekfast stout... Ive made a very good clone of that myself :) my plan is to go home and drink lots of my munich helles :D

    Secondary Fermentation: Your thoughts

    I usually secondary... mostly becasue I lack primaries. I have somehow picked up about 10 5 G fermenters... so i use them as secondaries. Oxidation should never be an issue.... the only time i REALY thnik it matters is for laggering.....(thats secondaries not oxidation)
