    Is this normal?

Good information all!! I had about a whole pot of coffee and a doughnut about an hour before. I puffed a lot trying to light it with the wind. I did inhale what was a very small amount, no hiatal hernia, but I am sure all the factors along with the fact tht it was down to the last part all...

    Is this normal?

I wondered about the possibility of Nicotine induction. I possibly inhaled a slight amount as I was trying to get it lit and I was outdoors. I had the same thought about just going to bed and sleeping it off. It luckily was shortlived and I was backl to normal in about 1 hour. So will any cigar...

    Is this normal?

Ok, I smoked a 1998 CAO la'anniversarie on Tuesday night, however I couldn't finish it all, (lasted a good hour and still had about a third to go). So, I let it go out and wrapped it in a baggie till today when I could finish it. On Tuesday it was a great mellow smoke that I thorougly enjoyed...

    Can these be saved?

Well, I wasn't very patient. Put the cigars in the humi on Saturday. Couldn't wait any longer, so I smoked one of the CAO's last night. I don't know, but the hygrometer only read 50% last night after 3 days. The humidifier wouldn't accept any more water. So I put a shot glass of distilled water...

    Can these be saved?

Thanks guys for the advice. I have them in the humi now. I have to be patient with it, I did the salt calibration test, got the hygrometer within3% and added the solution to the credo, and stocked it with what I had. The cigars were CAO, anniversaries, and gold etc. I added a couple of sticks...

    Allow me to introduce myself!

I am a newbie! There I said it. Not only to this forum but to the world of cigars. I have very little experience, but want to learn. I have smoked a few nice cigars on my cruise vacations, and enjoyed the experience. So I now have a humidor, stocked with some mild cigars, CAO's that I won on my...

    Can these be saved?

I won some nice cigars on a cruise about six weeks ago. I did not have anyplace to put them other than a dark drawer. I just got a humidor. They were wrapped in cellophane. By putting them in a humidor with 70% RH will they moisten up again or once they are dried out they are dry?
