Nice review Justin. I have heard of this beer and have always wanted to try it as well. I made a DB awhile back, upon sampling I thought it was "sugary" but light bodied, now reading your review and Wurms comments, I guess it's where it should be, although not exactly what I was aiming for. Cheers

Learning should be fairly easy for you, there are some great breweries very close to you, and they pretty much cover the spectrum for beer styles! I think if I count the beer in inventory, I might make 50-75, a drop in the bucket compared to some of you guys!

While we're beating dead horses, remember that nothing can be sanitized if it isn't clean! I would suggest getting on a brewing forum, but more importantly, read a lot! Last, I'm not sure if they ship to APO, but Austin Homebrew is pretty good!

The homebrew is a Maibock, which I made on Feb 23, weighed in at 1.077, or about 7% alc and has approx 27 IBU. I don't bottle, so I'm concerned about how it traveled, as I filled the bottle just as I was packing the box, hopefully it survived the trip! Anyway, enjoy bro!!
