I purchased some beads a couple weeks ago for my small humidor that I've had nothing but problems maintaining proper humidity. The beads have stabilized it and are dead on 65%. Thanks for a great product Viper!!

Man does that look good!! Porter is my favorite style of beer!! I had the pleasure of sampling a bottle of Alaskan Smoked Porter about 2 mos ago and that stuff is damned good!! :love: Now I just need to make myself a batch of that fine ale!!

Goose Island Clybourn is great, Wrigleyville is decent too! And Emmett's in the Chicago suburbs is very good also. As for the beers, Goose IPA is one of my faves and Emmetts Pale Ale is awesome also! Mr Peat, we should arrange a swap of homebrew, I'd like to taste some of your handy work! ;)

Bitter needs to be sampled fresh, from a handpump, IMO. So, with that said, Ill take my homebrewed Youngs clone or homebrewed ESB. But I did have Oakham JHB at the Real Ale Fest in Chicago a few years ago, and that was excellent!!

I agree with Mr Peat, Chimay is ok, IMO. I have had all the beers listed and IMO I like either Rochefort 10 or Achel, leaning toward Rochefort at this point! :) The biggest prob is that most stores and distributors for that matter, do not care for the beers properly, so you do not get the...
