Has any one tried the Cuaba Divinos, I tried one last week while visiting a LCDH. It was a fine little smoke. Good Price on them too. All this talk around shorts and no one started a splilt. Hint... :D

I just read the EMS link you posted GC. They do not go into detail what kind of standards they use. If they had said they check for color, smell, size, etc, I would have bought into it. GKR

There is few cigar shops downtown area (Centero). LCDH is down there as well. When I was there few years back I was not into to cigars. However, I did manage to stop by LCDH. As I remeber the prices were high but the girls behind the counter were cute. I would hit LCDH first.

No I do not think the motor will do any harm. I just do not like electrical stuff in my humidor. To be honest I never had an Oasis so I should not say a whole lot here. I know I like the beads. They work great.

cvmfour, is there any indication as to the draw , can you tell if the cigar is sick by just drawing on it? The ones that have been bad have had a very open draw for me: Almost felt like I was drawing air out of a straw. The only good one had a firm draw to it. Am I onto something here or is...

I just switched to 65% Beads. My cigars smoke better and there is no motor inside th humi. Before the beads I was using the gel. Beads all the way.

You are correct, Thermoelectric is safe for Cigars. Perhaps, I should just get cedar trays. I think a pound of 65% beads would be enough, if not I will look into oasis. I will also post pictuers once the project is done. Thanks guys.
