Would you store a Java in the humidor?

Won't I need the humidification device though? Or will sealing it be enough to keep it at its current RH?

Would you store a Java in the humidor?

I know storing flavored sticks with non is a no, no. What about a Drew Estate Jave, it seems very subtile to me. I have no other humidification device except for my beads in my wine-o-dor. A Isla Del Sol be Drew Estate is not flavored, correct? What about Backwoods sweet aromatic or...

    Cutting vs. Punching

Devonn? You mean Dan :D Yeah, on torpedos the only choice IMO is a cutter. V-cut sounds intriguing, plenty of surface, won't ruin the cap/wrapper. I will check some locals here so you don't have to waste your time and shipping money on a cheap cutter. I will let you know if I cannot find...

    Cutting vs. Punching

I have never tried a v-cutter but have always wanted to. What is a good cheap one? Also, what are the benifits of the v-cut?

    Cutting vs. Punching

I'll give you some info... Punching creates a small hole in the head of the cigar. You can find this typical of your cheap gas station variety cigars. Most of those come punched. Cutting slices off the top of the cap. I would say most people cut. I have heard quite a bit that punching...

Electricity in my city is pretty high too, about 12.5C KWH. Compared to my brother in law one city over (different county) and is at 7C KWH. I remember talking to those guys that meet up. I would love to, unfortunatly, I travel for work. I am not sure how much longer I will be able to do it...

My locals prices are horrible, I hate it...

The bad thing is that there is never any events or anything going on. It is also not fun to talk to the guy. There is only 1 owner and he is there everytime I go. I always try to talk to him to get a relationship going but he gives short 1 word answers and never contributes to the...

The new girlfriend likes cigars !

My wife likes to try a puff or two off my stick  Seriously though, she doesn't mind my hobby at all and often asks "can I try that"? It's great when you have some support, eh?

1 year anni on St. Patty's Day...time for a contest!

An Irish priest and a Rabbi get into a car accident. They both get out of their cars and stumble over to the side of the road. The Rabbi says, "Oy vey! What a wreck!" The priest asks him, "Are you all right, Rabbi?" The Rabbi responds, "Just a little shaken." The priest pulls a flask of whiskey...

1 year anni on St. Patty's Day...time for a contest!

Paddy was tooling along the road one fine day when the local policeman, a friend of his, pulled him over. "What's wrong, Seamus?" Paddy asked. "Well didn't ya know, Paddy, that your wife fell out of the car about five miles back?" said Seamus. "Ah, praise the Almighty!" Paddy replied with...

1 year anni on St. Patty's Day...time for a contest!

An Irishman and an American were sitting in the bar at Shannon Airport. "I've come to meet my brother," said the Irishman. "He's due to fly in from America in an hour's time. It's his first trip home in forty years". "Will you be able to recognize him?" asked the American. "I'm sure I won't,"...

    Exploring 'haunted' Houses

I am into this stuff as well (wife too). However, I don't know if I believe in it. I have been to many different local sites and have yet to see anything "major". Some places I have been to include... Railroad tracks from the early 1900's. Friends and I took a road trip one night for this...

    Arturo Fuente

What is the difference between Golds and their normal line? I was just in Illinois for work. In Chicago I saw a Tobacco City store. I stopped in and they actually had pretty good prices. Got 3 Curly Heads for $7.50, I have never had them either so I am looking forward to it.

What's the most you've ever spent...

$75 on CAO Golds. To make it even worse, I went in with 3 people so we all only got ~6 sticks and spent ~$25.
