I too agree with the sauce smothered nonsense. I saw Dreamland was #3, I was in Alabama a couple of weeks ago and had their ribs. Lots of sauce, I thought they were just ok. We have a couple of "hole in the wall" places here in Knoxville that I like quite a bit better.

I haven't tried any others, I also haven't had any issues with the Heartfelt beads. They may cost a little more, but it should be a purchase you won't need to make again.

Ahhh, Gatlinburlier. I'm in Knoxville so I get up there from time to time. I have a couple of pipes from them as well as plenty of their Cades Cove Cavendish. I always forget their names, but they are some great guys.
