UPDATE:   I had a PET scan Monday and found out the results yesterday at my 4th chemo session.   The lung mass shrunk from 8 cm to 5 cm.  there was shrinkage in the lesions on the liver and the lymph nodes are showing improvement.  My Oncologist wasn't happy with the results, he felt there...

A light veneer will not help with the maintenance of humidity levels in your Humi.  I would use 1/4" to 3/8".  It will better absorb and assist you in maintaining consistent humidity levels.  If you are going to go through all of the effort to build a humidor.......do it right the first time...

Just a quick update.   I finished my 3rd Chemo treatment Wednesday.  I seem to be handling it pretty good.  Weather or not it's working is yet to be seen.  I'll have a second PET scan on July 14th and should get the results on July 16th when I get my 4th Chemo.   Thanks for all the prayers...

Don't be in a huge hurry.  Let the humidor wick in some of the humidity so it can help with constant humidification.  Cedar is very good at that.

You have to remember.  A lot of adult beverage is involved with great cigar smoking.  Hmmmmm what could have happened to the lost treasures?  LOL, it has been my experience.......anything could happen.
