I've been listening to m-flo for close to 20 years at this point. Back then it was nearly impossible to find their music but it was always worth the effort to see how they would blend various styles of music and make it their own.

One of my friends described this show as a "Japanese lo-fi version of The Bear" and I think that's pretty spot on. The show follows two chefs as they start with nothing and try to build a Michelin Three star French cuisine restaurant in Tokyo.
Just finished Dark Days by Randy Blythe. As a fan of the band lamb of god, I remember following the events of Randy's incardination in Prague from allegedly pushing a fan off stage and the fan sustaining injuries that lead to his death. You don't have to be a lamb of god fan to enjoy this book...
