Looked like a hell of a time! Love how you managed to turn things around. I wish I could of made it, Charlie. Would of been a lot nice than being stuck in the cold with no power. Im all for having the Quad State during a warmer, and uh....less risky time of the year!
You've done a really great job so far! Looking good. I've always wanted to do this myself but I've still got a ways to go with collecting bands. Keep us posted.
Wow, homemade ginger ale! Never would of thought to make it but you've piqued my curiosity. I will have to try that this weekend. Thanks for sharing. Its nice to have an alternative to the high fructose corn syrup-laden junk. Alton Brown's recipes are always winners.
Poor thing! My mother has osteoarthritis in her back and hands and its so hard watching her suffer with all of that pain. I hope you find some relief soon.
Also, my mom uses a pain relief gel called Sombra that she swears by. Its like IcyHot on steroids! Its the only thing that gives her...
Yep, you've got it. I think the Humidipak would work nicely in your small humi. I just lay the packets on naked smokes since space in my humi is limited. I've never had a problem.
I cant speak for the humidification device that comes with the humi since mine didnt come with one and I dont...
Thanks for sharing! Lovely photos. Very, very nice choices. :)
I love those LFD DLs, they are one of my favorites. You MUST try an LG! They're so good.
I think I have a Casa Magna sitting in my cooler that Ive been meaning to try. I'll have to light it up when I get a chance.
I use them in my 75-100 ct count humi, but in conjuction with a few tubes of beads. I have a 72% Boveda on the top cedar tray and a 70% Humidipak on the bottom level. I tried using them as my main humidification source but I could I never get the RH in my humi above 59%, so I added the beads...
She is cute!
Does anyone know who the webmaster or photographer of Cigar Glamour is? I'd love to do a photo shoot with them but I cant find any info on who to get in touch with.
I can't smoke indoors either because of my family's asthma. During the winter time my smoking gets cut in half :( Its so easy when its warm outside - I can just go out on my patio for a smoke. Once the temperature drops below 25 degrees, thats my cut off. Luckily, I have a B&M thats a short...
Man cave!? Are you kidding me? I could live there! Whats Tim's garage look like, a freakin' mansion? :p
Tim sounds like a great guy who totally deserves this (no so humble!) abode. Incredible job!
A B&M nearby me works like this. It was my first time ever seeing that so I thought it was a little strange at first. I didn't mind, though. I always end up buying a few stogies when I go to a B&M anyway, and usually my purchase is at least $20. I didn't let it keep me away because the lounge...
Thats too bad you had a bad experience in that B&M. I dont think theres any particular etiquette about this. Ive done this several times before without a problem. I dont think its a big deal as long as the tube is not sealed. B&M owners understand that cigars smokers want to get a feel for...
I am so sorry for you and your wife's loss. RIP Spooky.
I have to agree. When our family dog died my mom said she never wanted another pet again because the loss was too painful. She was skeptical when I bought a new kitten home, but the cat has been a loving companion ever since.
