I was there is September. It was great. Just seeing all those Fuentes, Ashtons, Diamond Crowns.......WOW! I picked up a couple of the Casa Fuente, a couple of the Fuente Rosadas, and my wife bought me an AF13. If you are in Vegas you have to go there just to look around if nothing else.
I bought a box on a whim because they looked so good. I am going to let them sit until the end of August at least. I get more questions about the Anarchys than any other stick from all my non-smoking and novice friends. We will see what happens.
As mentioned earlier, the Work of Art Maduro (WOAM) from Fuente is a fantastic stick. You might try Uptown-Isy. He usually has what you want and good prices. At least you know what you are getting.

I was going to start the year off with an Oliva G Robusto, but when I punched it, it had no draw. It was like a plugged lead pipe. It was from a five pack my wife got me. I decided to go with my all time favorite, a WOAM. Excellent as usual. I finished the first night of the new year with a...
First cigar of the night is an Illusione Epernay. Not one of my favorite Illusione so far. Going to work my way up to a Padron Family Reserve No. 45 by the year end.

The stick was soft with a very hard head. Beautiful dark wrapper with no flaws. I punched the end and the prelight draw was nice. The tobacco...
I have to agree with Trent. Those I have tried were just........tobacco. There was nothing special there. I guess that is why I go more for the maduro smokes. Now a WOAM, that is a fantastic smoke and just a tad bit bigger than a shorty.
I keep my port in a barrel. Actually it is a port blend and it has been going for almost two years now. I just topped the barrel off with a little red wine, brandy, bourbon, and a bottle of Tawny Port.
Check out my blog. It has not been updated, but the info is good. Back Room Bourbon

I just received a box of Padron 1964 Family Reserve No. 45 Maduros. My wife had ordered them for me and she informs me that I still have a box of Padron 1964 Principe. With them came a five pack of Padron 5000 and a five pack of Oliva. She did all the research and asked me little questions here...
