I've cooked enough risotto for other people to last me a lifetime.  I'm partial to grits, Geechie Boy grits specifically.

Just finishing a Herrera Esteli robusto. I got five of each size when they came out. The first was like smoking my apartment in college. It smelled and tasted like inscense. But after a rest they get better each time.

If you mean Tatuaje in general, then you really should try a few.  The regular Cazador (brown label) line is consistently good.  If you mean these releases, neither is hard to find and putting the "special" label aside they are worth MSRP.

I also fell victim to the Tat TAA and the Jason. One box each. Though is skipped the dress box. Had one each ROTT and I think I made a good move on both.

I enjoy the Breckenrige Autumn Ale.  The Palaner is a staple.  I'm not much for pumpkin spices, but I had the North Peak Brewing Hooligan Pumpkin this weekend and it was tasty.  It was hopped more than most pumpkin beer.  Erdinger and Brooklyn are also pretty good.  Normally I enjoy my own...
