Thanks DD. That's the problem I running into now. BOA is going up to 80%max but I thought under the Obama plan there are some that will go up to 105%.

If there are any mortgage gurus to help me with some refinancing questions and recommendations, I'd greatly appreciate it. Mainly in regards to refinancing under the conditions of where my condo is valued a little less than what I owe.

Just to add I also got a nice tax bill for a purchase made from them years ago. Wasn't much and I don't know if it's the state NHC is in or NJ (or both) but something to look out for.

Yup, I slid the bands down. Munched right through them. I have a feeling it could have been done in transit. The bag had aton of droppings on the outside of the box and I only found these 3 with holes. A week in 80* and a long 4th of july weekend in some usps warehouse probably didn't help.

How'd these lil fuggers get through the machines is beyond me. Here I thought the risk of a beetles on a machine made would be alot less..... WRONG.
