I mentioned to a friend of mine how much I enjoyed Everest by Alfred Lansing and he turned me on to Into Thin Air By Jon Krakauer. Almost done with it and they are great Winter Reads and are Highly recommended.
Picked up a Mitcher's 10yo . Opened it up and had a glass. Damn good bourbon. Not quite worth the price tag IMHO but, damn good bourbon none the less. I'll give it some time to breath as it has potential. Either way, It will be enjoyed.
Had some Main Beer Co. Dinner. This latest batch might be my favorite (d)IPA to date. Man was that one good brew. I have a couple bottles of Lunch left hopefully those are as stellar.
I agree. I was with a friend and we were talking about the unique profile of Trillium and Treehouse and that you can pretty much pick them out of a lineup. Their IPA's flavors are just so unique.
I had a growler of Trillbomb last year and definitely enjoyed it. Never had the Affogato...
I Had to head into Boston this weekend, so i made a detour to Trillium. Picked up some Fort Point, Dialed in and other goodies. The Enigma Hopped Fort Point is incredible.
I have a Hario skerton, it is a decent grinder that was inexpensive and came fairly highly recomended. It perfomrs well however it is the only one I have ever used so I am not sure if there are much better out there.
Boar,
That is great. Funny how these things seem to happen. Enjoy it in Good Health.
I haven't received a BTAC bottle in 3 years. I did win a lottery for a Lot B last year and one for a Weller 12 this. The only saving grace is that while the Premium LE whiskey's have gone the way of the...
Boar,
Stagg was the first Bourbon I had that competely blew my mind. It was my favorite spirit on the planet for many years its still in my top5. I was fortunate enough to save a few bottles from back in the day. I have a tradition of opening a Stagg on Thanksgiving and enjoy it through the...
I ended up at a high end restaruant that had the full lineup of this years BTAC. It was $24 for a pretty healthy pour. I'm a sucker for aged wheaters and grabbed the WLW. We were with 2 other couples and I ordered the WLW for them as well. They both agreed that it was some of the best...
i am also good either way. surprised there isn't more interest in this. My friends have all been hit pretty hard by the craft beer bug and we are always picking stuff up and trading. igured this would end up being pretty big and a lot of fun. Anyway, If anybody wants a little love from NH let...
Lots of great IPA's poppping up in the New England area. It will cool to see what other folks are getting for local beers. Little Battle of the regions and spreading hte CP love, should be fun.
