Stranger on Netflix. It’s a Korean crime drama with a prosecutor/cop duo that kind of reminds me of the Sherlock relationship with Watson. The first episode made me cry actually. I think I can’t handle kids being torn from parents cuz of my newborn son right now.

Kind of depends on how high the higher one is and how low the lower one is. If you're going from a 75% to 65% and you want a real stabilization, I would guess two weeks. If you're moving to a dry box (under 60%) and you're not looking for actual stabilization but for it to just be dry enough...
