I've got to agree with pretty much every thing that has been said.
Dos Equis is a damn good mexican beer.
Women are to blame for these new flavored/fruity beers.
I'm ok with the existence of these beers, I just think men should be punished if caught drinking one of them. They are...
I also use a toothpick, the trick is to remember to put it in before you really need to use it. If you wait to long it can be really difficult/impossible to get the nub on the toothpick.
I leave a few toothpicks in my Xicar cigar case. :D
I have a buddy who once used an Angle grinder to get into a keg. Fortunately I have only been in a situation where I had a keg but no tap once and I was able to make a few phone calls and borrow one. After that I bought one and it is either under the back seat of my truck or at my buddies...
I've had tar on a couple cigars they tend to be either a torpedo, a belicoso, or a small ring gauge.
It's never been as bad as KayakinBoy's Shark, but it doesn't take much to ruin a cigar.
I recently picked up a Palio. I haven't used it a whole lot since I bought it (just haven't been smoking much) but I think I have a decent feel for how it compares to my Xicar.
Overall it is a real good cutter. The blades are extremely sharp, I think they are sharper than Xicar blades, and...
You can open a beer with damn near anything, there no need to risk damaging an expensive cigar cutter.
I've opened bottles with other bottles, table tops, belt buckles (not the novelty ones with a bottle opener), car doors, door handles, Bic lighters, even a piece of computer paper (that one...
I've only had a couple Ashtons and have found the ones I have had to be very mild cigars. I haven't had an Ashton classic 898 but I would expect it to be another very mild cigar.
While I don't consider the edge to be the huge bomb it is advertised as, I do think it is a pretty strong cigar...
My nickname at the gym I train at is Tugboat. A couple guys started calling me Tugboat when I first joined the gym and 3 years later I'm still Tugboat. :)
I have been wanting to say a couple things on the board this past week but have been unable to because of serious computer problems. I have since replaced my computer and once again can freely access CP.
First I want to thank JonDot. I sent him a box to be signed by Carlito at the Outlaw...
I have dipped on occasion, It's been several months since my last and it almost only happens when large amounts of alcohol are involved. I generally can't stand the stuff though.
Chew on the other hand is a different story. I chew off and on but never in the company of people that would find...
Glass tubes I leave as is, aluminum I pop the top and either put the whole tube in or just the cigar.
I just want to be sure there is no beetle damage.
Sounds like your well prepared.
I'm glad to hear it turned out to be nothing big, but it is good to know that you can handle yourself if someone did break in.
I do enjoy an occasional Davidoff. I to find that as a whole they are very mild cigars.
The owner of my B&M recommended I try the short perfecto. That cigar was wonderful, much stronger than I have come to expect from Davidoff.
Anyone who has tried Davidoff and finds them to be too mild...
