BaconExplosion: 1lb mild Italian sausage, 1lb sage sausage, 1.5lb bacon, Dinosaur BBQ dry rub, and Interstate BBQ sauce.

Mine's in the oven as we speak. :) I used 1lb mild Italian sausage mixed w/ 1lb sage sausage.

Second batch of beer is on the stove right now. It's a Red Stripe Lager clone recipe - extract w/specialty grains. This one will be in primary for 3-4 weeks then in secondary for lagering for another 3-4 weeks before bottling.

Well, today is bottling day. A little short of the full 3 weeks in primary that I'd planned, but today is really the only day I'll have free to get it done. Pictures to follow.

AAH!!!!!! I'm OUT of beer!!! I have no idea how this happened, and we're not going to the store til tomorrow :( I took a bunch of nurses from work out for cigars last night though, and enjoyed a few pints of Guiness.
