Mike, let me know how the decadence is. I think you should open the Brute as well. I am enjoying a Kern River Just outstanding IPA now, but my weekend lineup looks to include a RR consecration batch 2, FW porter, growler of captain lawrence espresso stout, and ithaca brute :)
Jonas, when I come out for GABF I can help you knock off most of the ones you haven't tried :). I will have to see how much room I have in my suitcase. By the way, how comfortable is your couch? :) :) lol.
Glad to see you back around mark. I was just thinking the other day that's it's been awhile since I've seen you on. So let's get together and enjoy a fine smoke. I think we planned doing this many months ago :).
I had a bomber of keegan ales imperial joe mamas milk stout while picnicing in the park for the gf's birrhday. She had a fresh filled bomber of ommegang rouge, which of course I also tried and thought was solid.
I had a stone RIS 06 and 07 Friday night. Both were poured a little below room temp (bottle slightly cool to the touch). The 06 knocked my socks off it was so good. The 07 was good, but still had some heat to it with some rough edges.
Met up with bankerjoe at mahogs for a smoke. He is a great guy and a great addition to the community. Also, which is even better is the fact that he is a big craft beer guy who knows all about dark lord and Russian River!
I sparked a cohiba sublime that needed an occasion like today to be put...
Yea I know anthony, but who would have thought 3 months ago :). I'm looking forward to relaxing over a nice smoke though. We need to schedule a round of golf with the other fellas. I will be sure to bring a couple extra dozen golf balls for you so you can still play after the 3rd hole :) :).
