Nope. Looks play a huge part in pretty much anyone picking a cigar. Now whether they are consciously doing it is the question. And I know I have made conscious decisions to try a cigars based on looks alone.
They don't take long to fill up either! They never seem to hold as much as they look to; I feel like I could easily get 50 boxes in there, but it seems like I only get 10 in.
My advice, give up now. It's a fight you won't win. Just know you'll always have a lack of enough cigar storage!
Well maybe that explains the "fire watch weather" bulletin from Alexa yesterday for the SW PA area. I swear the weather notices are getting far more absurd every week. I mean the dang thing wars about just normal rain like it is the end of the world.
Thanks all! I enjoyed the day at an Aladino event that was hosted by the local lounge, Nelson's. It was a St. Patrick's day party and Aladino event for their new candela. Got to spend the afternoon smoking good cigars with my uncle and other good company.
For me it changes; winter months ~3 per day on the weekends or when I'm off, spring/summer ~5 to 8 a day. Some times more in the summer when I'm on vacation or the holidays.
Seen that before..........and if I recall correctly, it was because someone posted it here a decade or so ago.
ETA: Spelling and to finish an unfinished though.
I was done with Marvel after Iron Man 3 and Captain America 2. Those two and everything after have been dog turds in my eyes. Well everything Disney touches are dog turds now a days; simply not the Disney from years past.
I watched that in December. It was interesting and was some nice 90s nostalgia! I was hoping for a different ending!
I barrowed the Criterion version of Sanjuro and Youjimbo from my buddy and watched them for the first time last year. Both were very good movies; nothing unnecessary or...
Agreed; I always enjoy watching the Speed Racer movie. It is simply just a fun movie. I always thought it did a good job of capturing the spirit of the cartoon, without trying to add unnecessary filler or fluff; just to make it seem more than what it is.
Isn't it!? Would definitely be harder to pull off and coordinate; you'd have to have some time in between them, so the people have less of a chance of realizing it was the same cigar.
I meant having the same people smoke it with the band on and the band off. I.e. some smoke with only with out the band, some smoke it only with the band, and then finally some smoke it with the band and without.
I've enjoyed everything I've tried from Foundation. I'm big Charter Oak fan for a good everyday smoke. Great stick for longer car rides and is one of my go to smokes in the car. Tabernackle is great after a nice heavy dinner; think good thick steak. The Doble Corona is my go to size for an...
I'd say someone has an axe to grind in that review or something of the sort. At the very least, it sounded like he had his mind made up before he even lit it up. Never heard of the guy before, so I personally don't know their tastes or if they are even a good source for a review.
However, I...
I've been wanting to restock on these, but Atlantic has not restocked yet either. I'm beginning to wonder if they have been discontinued or just in short supply. Anyone with any info or who has these to buy?
Edit to Add: I forgot to mention I did look on their site and they do have retailers...
