If I recall correctly yes, there will be an increase in all tobacco products, at various rates. I am trying to find my origianl link that had the break down of the tax. EDIT: This link was in an earlier post with regards to SCHIP. Pages 3 and 4 describe the rate increases.

Been smoking in the house for the past few weeks. The windows are open and when I am upstairs I am sitting under an open skylight with a fan blowing the smoke out. The smell lingers some but the wife already burns enough smell good stuff to make up for it. Besides, it is getting cold outside. ???
