herf in Toronto could be fun... depending on when, I might be able to make it - I'm less than an hour's drive from downtown T.O. Ottawa (or Montreal)... not so likely... 4 or 5 hours driving, which turns it into a multi-day trip... tempting though... :D

I'm absolutely astouned by the outpouring of responses on this thread since it was started a few days ago - obviously Brian was a special BOTL, and I'm sorry that I didn't get here soon enough to get to know him. my thoughts and best wishes to his family and close friends in this time of loss...

well, I think I'm in luck today... "da boss" got home this evening from her cross-border bus trip to go shopping at the Grove City outlet mall - and she brought me back a tin of Frog Morton and a tin of Peterson Connoisseur's Choice now all I need is a pipe to put it in, I think... c'mon...

checked with a buddy of mine who's local to me, and he also mentioned Thomas Hinds as good shop to go to - one of these days, I might just have to drag my arse up to Toronto and check it out :blush:

do I understand correctly that there's presently one potato being tossed around, but at various points in the past there were multiple spuds being launched? been browsing through the thread, I kinda lost track part-way through ??? looks like fun...
