Great stuff Strayvector. I certainly like the #4 and #7 points on storing and aging some tobaccos since 2002. For those of us who are neophytes with the ISOM aging issues, this ought to help us out at least a little.

Looking at the Habanos SA lists for marevas and petit coronas (V.d.g.) this seems to be the case.
As someone else said, above, where/how did you arrive at this conclusion? If you tell me the "Illustrated.." by MRN, then I guess I will...
Habanos SA lists both the petit corona and mareva (vitola de galeria) as exactly the same size: 42 ring by 5 1/8 inches.
For example, the Por Larranaga Petit Coronas and Bolivar Petit Coronas are listed under marevas, but are called PC's.

My smoking preferences are generally toward the corona size range and fuller flavored smokes like Bolivar and Partagas. Recently, I have begun trying some of the bigger ring gauges and suspect that they may require different approaches to smoking and storage.
