I won't know for sure unless I ask them. Although when it tastes good (could be a psychological perception working against reality) I don't feel like asking and just accept it for what it is.
1) Bolivars are one of the most flavourful cigars I've smoked, and my favorite is the Bolivar CE. There were many rumors floating about that some retailers would artificially speed up the maturation processes of cigars, and the most common culprit are the Bolivar CE's. This was documented in...
I wouldn't recommend buying any of those above. Your friend is taking a big risk in buying aged cigars, as he/she doesn't know how they were stored, especially the Bolivar CE.
I would highly recommend your friend to buy more recent productions and age them him/her self, and if they don't...
Well, some of you might know that I've been doing a lot of home improvements in my backyard, and it looks plain horrible. Been thinking about getting a gazebo for several reasons, mainly to hide from the rain, a place to relax and find shade during the summer time when I'm doing backyard bbqs...
The eggs are microscopic, and I don't think a consumer grade vacuum sealer has the capability to prevent an egg from hatching. There are numerous threads here and articles outside of CP that discuss beetles.
It won't help as the eggs have already been exposed to oxygen. Vacuum sealing the cigars will slow down the metabolic processes the eggs need to grow and hatch, but if they are going to hatch, they will hatch. Can't stop nature.
The vacuum sealer might do two things for you though.

BGM are infact a bit subdued as compared to their regular lines, but in no way mild. I find their flavour creamier than the normal Bolivar lines, but still very flavourful, just not as spicy. Try a Bolivar Coronas Extra next time and you'll see what I mean. That is by far my favourite...
I'm pretty sure that pub burger (as well as any grade A ground beef) has some horse meat in it. It may not be a thoroughbred like Barbaro, but I won't taste the difference.
I'm thinking Sam Adam's Cream stout with Bolivar CE. Goose Island Oatmeal stout with ERDM Supreme Choice. Of course as previously mentioned, Young's Double Chocolate with Padron 26/64. You might have noticed by now what kind of beer I drink.
Looks like it will be a good turnout and as such we will be needing two things... strippers and ashtrays. I myself will be more grateful if anyone brings either or. ;)
For those of you Whiskey lovers, there was this brew called Colorado Whiskey that was presented to us in Vegas recently. Tasty dram after the first initial sips.
