Cracks me up that the some of the same bleeding hearts who want tobacco outlawed also extoll the virtues of medical marijuana!
If someday they ever want to ban tobacco, good luck. Prohibition worked sooooo well for alcohol, right? And making hard drugs illegal has just irradicated...
I may not like flavored cigars....
....but when you give 'em an inch, just guess what the new tobacco-controlling FDA is going to take?
Furthermore, the FDA regulating tobacco was a ridiculous idea from the start. Seems I remember there being a pre-existing federal body...
I stumbled upon that story on Puffin Cigars and was about to post it here, until I saw and read this thread.
Sorry, but I'm not exactly convinced by that email. ESPECIALLY considering how he's deflected and outright lied about the CEO question before, and plenty of other rumors of shady...
Buncha Philistines.....every connoisseur knows that a plastic sippy cup is the only way to appreciate its fine aroma and concentrate the flavors towards the center of your palate! :sign:
For some reason, I get really anal retentive about what to pair Cohibas with. Maybe it's the price tag thing. Usually, I play it safe and just drink coffee (usually something espresso-based or cafe con leche). Had mixed results before with Spanish brandy and cognac. Tried Chartreuse once...
Can't go wrong with a good cup of coffee, whether from a drip machine, French press, or espresso.
But if you're smoking in the evening and don't want to be kept awake, obviously water and sparkling waters like San Pellegrino are very good.
I always thought ginger ale complimented Cameroon...
Even better idea!
Halloween 2011...a thinner size, like a corona or lonsdale, and call it the Frau Blucher! And put one of those sound chips (like that ones that come in novelty birthday cards), so that every time you open the box, it plays a sound clip of a thunderclap and horses neighing...
So the Drac is starting its own line of Halloween-themed Tatuajes. And Boris will be the continuation of a series started by the Frank, right?
Then I expect Halloween 2010 we'll be seeing 666 boxes of the Igor robusto!
Ok, after reading the rules here, I think I get how this MAW stuff works.

Congrats on the promotion, soon-to-be-SFC!
Now you get the "fun" job of being a PSG and babysitting some dumbshit LT (like me  ) all day!
All kidding aside, it'll be a whole different world than being a squad leader, but hopefully you'll have a good platoon leader who...
I LOVE that smell! I remember one cold winter in college, smoking a RyJ Robusto EL in my car (my "cigar lounge" since there was nowhere to smoke indoors in that town) to celebrate my b-day...and every time I got in for a week after that I was greeted with that wonderous aroma! :love...

What you're seeing in a can is the actual cocktail Cuba Libre. Coke, rum, and a squirt of lime juice. Supposedly invented by American troops stationed in Havana at the end of the Spanish-American War.
Most people today just drink the rum and Coke...but the lime juice is what, IMHO, gives it...
I've been meaning to ask you........how many Iraqis are out hawking fakes to the troops? I remember seeing pics on another board, several years back, of Soldiers in Iraq with bundles and glass-top boxes of fugazi Cohibas.
Agreed on all counts...more and more, I find myself reaching for coronas, PCs, and lonsdales. But alas, they seem to be rapidly vanishing. I'd really hate to see the LGC line reduced to just one size.
 @ Montecristo "Open" (whatever the hell that line name is supposed to mean) and...
