What he means by "100% tobacco" is that they're made entirely from leaves of tobacco, and not that homogenized sheet tobacco crap that some machine-mades (like Swisher or Black & Mild) are wrapped in.
cigarcyclopedia.com had a much more detailed article about the latest in the vitasea trial....
They're the only one to mention that he was smuggling cigars he bought "off the street" (which we guys in the know translate as "fake") and was having "considerable trouble" moving his product...
Same reason why one of my college friends who got busted for pot (not for possessing it, but peeing it when stopped by cops in Sturgis, ND on suspicion) was forbidden to drink alcohol but could still own a handgun? ???
The Black Lager is probably my favorite of the Shiner beers, too.
When I was training at Ft. Sill, OK about six months ago, my bunkmate was a JAG originally from Texas who threw some great house parties every weekend...no less than four cases of Shiner products at any given time.
The Bock is...
I wouldn't worry, as long as you trust your vendor.
An Australian vendor once posted picks of two boxes of ERDM Demi Tasse you received straight from Pacific Cigar Co. (official Habanos distributor for the Asia Pacific region, so not a shadow of a doubt as to their authenticity).
On the side...
Mondavi and Rothschild vs. Fuente over the name "OpusX"
Dominican Cohibas vs. Cuban Cohibas over the name
Rothman vs. Reyes over the Cuba Aliados and Puros Indios brands
Rothman and Estelo Padron fighting with the other Padrons
Man, cigar people sure are a litigious bunch!

They even have Flor de Cano Diademas and Short Churchills in stock!!! This is the find of the century!!!

And it doesn't help when you're like me...and love less-popular sizes like petit coronas and panetelas...and whenever they pop up on CBid it seems you can always score them at a 40% discount vs. MSRP!
Oh well, I'm stocking up before they pass SCHIP!
And a B&M owner told me that all the Cuban tobacco plants died from blue mold years ago, so they're all just using imported tobacco from Honduras and the Dominican Republic, so I should just by his cheap house bundles instead because they're the same thing!
