I was thinking, too, despite the 10 dollar difference - getting a Forbidden X (which can exceed $25 on its own) and the membership certificate for a friend is pretty cool.

Sad about your JJ experience. I had the first "by accident" just last week after shunning them over the JJ Maduro. I grabbed a lancero and couple minutes into it commented that the smoke was better than I had remembered. My B&M owner busted a gut because he saw I grabbed the "regular" JJ...
Thank you all - was a great day. In Connecticut, 55F (degrees - not my age) is the new 75F - so was great to enjoy my first H. Upmann CC Mangum 46. Indeed a smoke worthy of using to celebrate.

Had another Tat Black Tubo. Just can't get the same "out of the tube" great taste the red tubo does. I'm all up for a cigar that needs age - but jeepers should also be good from the start.
Followed up by a Fuente-made Bauza - which of all things was a nice mild break after the tarry black...
I just had the Red Tubos. Was way more impressed with that than the black tubos. The red was powerful from the start and stayed interesting the entire ride.

Never thought I'd have a "go to" cigar at my B&M when I have so many at home - but the Brickhouse Churchill was a great smoke and am glad he carries them.

If you already bought the first will you be allowed to purchase the second round? I know the first was limited to one per member - so hope the second opens that up again.
Thanks,
John
