I recently was in the same position looking for a good sampler to try out Tatuajes (linky ). I placed an order with Stepthirteen the sampler I got was excellent. Although the guys listed above are also very reputable, I wanted to add one more to the list. Oh, and you'll love the Tats :)

What about making it a giant koi pond? Or if you're a fisherman, fill it with bass and you can fish in your backyard.

I've used ziplocks before for temporary storage without a problem. However, I like to open them up every once in awhile because unlike almost all humidors, they ARE airtight.

Update - Smoked one the other night but it was quite windy and the burn was horrible, so to give it a fair shake I'm going to taste another and report back...

Perfect Manhattan - always a good go-to. It uses equal parts sweet and dry vermouth, so it's a bit crisper than a regular Manhattan. As far as whiskey goes, I usually have it with bourbon or Canadian whiskey.
