Update - Smoked one the other night but it was quite windy and the burn was horrible, so to give it a fair shake I'm going to taste another and report back...
Perfect Manhattan - always a good go-to. It uses equal parts sweet and dry vermouth, so it's a bit crisper than a regular Manhattan. As far as whiskey goes, I usually have it with bourbon or Canadian whiskey.
