That's why I want a network card for my Series 1. I love the idea that if I'm over at a friend's house and he says hey have you seen that new show? I can jump on to his computer, ssh into my network at home, lynx to the TiVo and put it in a wish list. Or I can control it with my laptop from the...
So if my TiVo doesn't have dual tuner now, it ain't never gonna have dual tuner. Is that what you're telling me? I thought from the previous post it was some sorta hack you could add. Btw, mine's not a DirecTiVo, it's a cable model.
I doubt it. I don't think I've ever used that button for its intended purpose. But yes, to deactivate, you go through the same sequence. Also, if the power goes out or you unplug the TiVo from the mains, it will reset and you'll have to re-enter the sequence again.
I have a Series 1 that came with 20 GB. It now has 120 GB. I like the Series 2 software but the Series 1 is much more hackable. The next thing I'm going to do is add a network card to it so I can save stuff to DVD. I hate watching TV without TiVo. Every time a commercial comes on I'm reaching...
I really have no words right now. I'm drained by that game. I have to give a lot of props to OU for not giving up when they could have. They fought back and I was very, very worried. I believe that the best team won but I'm thankful that college football games are 60 minutes long instead of 61...
As for who gets the title all I have to say is that the winner of tonight's game gets a big crystal trophy with the words "THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP" on it. Does USC have such a trophy?
Not many will argue that the BCS is pretty fubared. But it's the system we have and you can't just declare...
Someone said they are water spots on the leaves. I don't completely buy that because it's been known to rain in Dominica and Nicaragua on occaision. However, I've never seen them on anything but a Cuban.
Just got a bottle of MacCallan Cask Strength and it's tremendous. Smooth and sweet and complex. I'm never without a bottle of MacCallan of some kind. I also agree with the above statement that the 18 is one of the world's great single malts.
 Oh brother....
Just don't die before you have a chance to smoke them!
Seriously, you're doing the right thing. These cigars are great but are soooo much better when aged. Night and day.
