Ended up getting both the Palio too.

They're spendy, so don't meet the first criteria, but I bough a Corona Old Boy many many years ago on Doc's recommendation and couldn't be happier. I'm going to buy one of those Ronson's I think. I'm still on the search for a reliable torch lighter to keep in my snowboard coat pocket.
