Original Poster, just in case you haven't figured it out, this is pretty clearly placed at the head of the forum you...
I have never enjoyed smoking in the wind. Can't imagine I would like in on a motorcycle. Plus, would mostly have to hold it in your mouth while heading into the wind.
Sometimes, at the beach I will turn my chair to create a small wind break but usually I wait until I get back on the rental...
I never record amount paid, I don't want to think about that.
I'm pretty good at updating the spreadsheet when they come in, and almost never lower a number as I smoke. Indicating I have more than I do helps me keep buying down.
Though will buy a box if I start getting low on...
I never really got totally away from tubes, although have triamped and run the subs with Bridged Crown SS amps for a number of years.
Ran GM70s driven by 75th's on the midranges for the last 8 or ten years. As I have continued to lose higher frequencies in recent years the lushness of the...
I placed my probes roughly centered on the back wall of the wineadors. I do not have drawers, have some trays in the smaller peltier unit.
the one with the peltier cooler is slightly higher than center because I took the probe and line thru a drain hole that penetrated the unit there.
The...
If yours resets to a default temperature that is too low during a power outage, it's probably worth the bucks for that alone.
These controls are surprisingly adjustable with a variety of settings.
If you do get one, I suggest setting a one degree temperature differential. I originally tried...
I'm logged in, but when try to click get an error
Am trying to click on image and view close up, but get an error message.- Sorry, you don't have permission for that.
Anyhow, I'm thinking the water is condensation - that possibly traveled along some sort of surface and dripped down on the...
After reading a good bit and noting information available in various places on the net, I shifted my target from 70/70 to 65/65 about a year ago.
This worked well during the winter when room temp is about 68. During the summer the wineador units run more due to the room temp being about 75/76...
I suggest you consider storing items in boxes.
I bought trays from an excellent and well known, but somewhat slow source.
Lately, I have added a larger wineador and pretty much just use that one for storage of cigars in boxes,
The boxes act as somewhat of "humidity flywheel" and tend to...
Using a spreadsheet is as easy as making this post.
Gotta admit that I don't do it religiously, and rarely update when I smoke. Not very disciplined with it.
But, it's great for keeping up with how long something has been around and easier to scan the list that to start pulling boxes out and...
I've got two ready to smoke boxes to look through. One cubans, one non.
Even so, about half the time I go to the spreadsheet to select.
Much of the time, something pops into my head and that is what I want to smoke.
Now, if I would just update the spreadsheet when I smoke them  ...
As several others have posted, do what you need to do for your health. If I thought cigars were giving me problems I would cease smoking them.
In terms of modifying a great deal - one of the things that may help is doing the green drink smoothies.

Hell, without the spreadsheet I wouldn't be able to remember what I have.
As it is, since I rarely enter anything that I smoke - it's more like a listing of what I once had
However it's a good reference for me to look at if I don't have a smoke in mind, I'll scan the spreadsheet and...
The pass is home safe and sound.
Thanks to Gary for the extra puts of Johnny O's, I am really looking forward to trying them.
There will be an addenda to the pass. I suggested to the Chenman that he may wish to to do puts/takes from the final list and I would be glad to do that and we would...
As far as I am concerned, if the pass makes it back home from Gary to me it will have ended cleanly.
Shit happens, stuff falls between the cracks and that is what happened here.
The Dirty Rat will turn up at some point in time, and the person that turns up with it will not be able to figure...
update on the Dirty Rat.
Checked with Modo22 and he remembered seeing it, but didn't take it. Checked his cigars just to be sure, but no dirty rat.
"Lost one cigar to splits, if another got confused or lost that's only two. Actually, I figured there would be more lost than that for one...
