I wouldn't mind having one of those sluggish G bodies again. My first car was an '85 Regal, followed shortly by an '87 Cutlass. All is did was make me want a Buick Grand National. I love those things!
I just kegged a pale ale that I did a hopstand/whirlpool for all but 1/4 oz of the hops. Next in line is an Obsidian stout clone, and an oatmeal pale ale. Before big brew day, I'd like to get an altbier and an ipa made as well. I've got a few busy weekends ahead of me.
The fertilizer you speak of would be Milorganite. I certainly wouldn't recommend ingesting the stuff. Honestly though...it wouldn't harm you near as much as the bird crap that's all over the course. You won't get something like histoplasmosis from Milorganite, but the same cannot be said for...
I agree on the Anejos with age. I have a good number (but not enough) of Anejos, hemi maddies, and opus x from 2007-2012. I hit a dry spell and didn't buy much the last few years... But I've definitely seen them at the B&Ms.
So... What does everyone think of the quality of Anejos today versus 5-7 years ago? Just curious of other opinions. I know quite a few people think the padron thousand series have dropped off a bit.
