I too am sorry to hear about this...
It really doesn't matter where you live anymore. I have family up north in the middle of nowhere that have been robbed. I live in Bloomington (pretty good city) and have had my car broken into, my garage broken into, my car get towed because of false...
I got a chance to smoke a Consuegra #30 (yes, one of my better cigars  ) tonight. It was pretty good, consistant all the way through, draw was consistant, fair amounts of smoke, etc.
I guess it was just the super cheap smokes that I have...damn
What about Trinidad y cia? I heard...
Never smoked cigarettes. Chewed every once in a while from 20 years old to present (rarely). Started cigars about 2.5 years ago, quickly became bit. I am 23 now.
no problem, I understand. I would assume RH right away as well but I monitor mine pretty carefully. That is why I have been torn over this for a while, finally decided to post about it. I am kind of thinking it is just my super cheap smokes, many apprentice rolled I presume.
Thanks for the offer but what if I try and smoke one of my better cigars that I own. It may be a little while since it is 0* out and I don't smoke in my house.
or...
The Flor de Olivas are actually ones that smoke fairly well. What if I give you an assortment, you can report back to me what...
Right now I am mostly smoking cheap cigars, hand made though.

However, my pre-light draws are fairly easy and seem ok. It is after I get the stick going that it gets harder and harder.
I am testing, currently my Hygro says 69% at 12 hours. In the humi my hygro was showing 60-63%
I am using a pretty cheap cutter, plastic and around $6. I cannot afford a Xikar or similar.
Maybe I should try a punch?
Temp doesn't matter much, just slows aging, correct?
I have been smoking for a while now. I have noticed that a lot of my cigars feel plugged (like 90%). They are hard to draw and I do not get a very volumous smoke at all. Keep them proper at 70F 65RH. When I get a cigar with a lot of smoke and easy draw it is like heaven. Am I doing something...
I'm not saying I didn't like the moon, I thought it was facinating. I probably spent a good 2 hours looking at it. However, Jupiter and Venus were out too!
My friends brother made a 6" and said he would want $500 for it!
Guess I'll keep saving and looking.
Thanks for the tips. I really want a 6"+ but cannot afford one. I have been watching craigslist for a while now and have found a few 4.5" for around $100 which really is even a little more than I can spend.
My first one was $60, sold it for $30 and I have about $50 lying around I can add to...
