ROTT, I think they were very good. I prefer the BPC. The PLPC are sweeter and milder in comparison. It'll be interesting to see how they compare with some age on them.
Many cigars will improve with age, some will not IMHO. A cigar may mellow and the flavors round out on aging, which can be positive or perhaps negative if you prefer the taste of a fresher cigar. I also believe that fuller cigars in general have more aging potential than very mild cigars.
